FriendFinder Networks, (formerly Penthouse Media Group) owner of adult, social and dating websites filed for a $460 million initial public offering (IPO).

FriendFinder needs to pay off nearly $400 million in debt.

Friend Finder is also the owner of adult Penthouse magazine.

The company claims she has 270 million users in 170 countries.
